Instructions

Preheat oven to 220°C (30 mins)
- Season the steak with:
- Olive oil
- Black pepper
- Coarse salt (Let sit for 30 mins)

Prepare for salad, and fry the garlic.
- Cook in hot pan:
- Add butter and oil
- 2 mins each side
- Rest for 3 mins, then:
- Repeat step 4
- Add butter and garlic
